-Yes. This website is for the case address change such I-130, etc. But you still need to change your address (AR-11 filing online) at this website (you don't need to change your case-I-130 again at this website because you have done it at the above website) and this is required by law:

重新为我爸爸的case改了我的地址，这样可以吧？
另外，我分别为两个妹妹的case改了地址。

The Nebraska Service Center has updated our local records of your address change. However, we no longer have this petition as it was sent to the National Visa Center (NVC).
Please contact NVC at the address below to notify them of your address change, so your petition can be updated with this information as well.

-You had better call USCIS two or three days later to make sure your address in the I-130 has been updated in the USCIS system.
