I'm currently working with EAD/AP combo card. During Christmas I went vacation outside US. When came back, at the automatic machine in the airport, I accidentally selected B2 as my purpose of entering the US. When I check my most recent i-94 from online, I found my visa status is B2 and expiration date is in 6 month, which is June 2015. Do I need to worry about this ?
-Yes, you will have big trouble on your I-485 unless you fix it. You need to go to the local CBP Deferred Inspection Office to fix it as soon as possible. Find the local CBP Office at this website (Click "70 Deferred Inspections Sites"):

I'm working but not under H1B, the EAD/AP card expiration date is in Apr 2015, and I have submitted the renewal of both EAD and AP.
