父母现在在美国。他们来之前我给他们递了绿卡申请。今天网上显示父母的I-130都批了。但他们还有一个月就要回国了。我想adjustment of status 是来不及了，只能继续regular I-485的申请，让他们回国去面试等绿卡。他们的签证12月过期，但入境时I-94上允许他们呆到5月。可惜他们已经订好2月初的回程。我能让他们回国前在这里做好体检，然后和I-485一起交吗，
-They can file I-485 before they leave US, but they need to apply for advance parole (AP) to travel. If they don't have time to wait for the AP approval, they may go to the local USCIS Office to see whether they can get the emergency AP (bring the I-485 receipt). They also need to come back to do the fingerprinting and the interview.

这样会CONFUSE移民局吗
-No problem.
（不知道我父母到底是在中国还是美国。）国内体检会比美国方便吗，费用一样吗？
-Not the same. If they file I-485 in US, they only can do it in US; and if they apply for immigration visa in China, they only can do it in China.


不知道在中国等绿卡是不是一定会去广州面试，这也挺麻烦的，尤其我父母都七八十岁了。
-If they don't file I-485 in US, they also can choose to apply for the immigration visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou.
