我去年领养了我侄子，当时他15岁，今年他持F1签证来美国一所私立高中读书，我刚搬到加州，明年想把他转到加州的公立高中。我先生是美国公民，我是绿卡。请问这个孩子可以申请什么签证？
-He can transfer to the public high school for only one year as an F-1 student. Then, he can not as an F-1 student in a public high school anymore. After he lives with you for two years, your spouse can sponsor him green card application if your spouse is the adopting father, thus he can legally stay in US and study without F-1 status
