-No. Only the US citizen files I-130 for his/her minor child (< 21), the child CSPA age will be frozen. If the green card parent files I-130 for the minor child (F2A category), then the calculation of the child CSPA age is: child CSPA age = the child actual age when the priority date is current (排期到) - the I-130 pending time. If the child CSPA age is < 21, then the child can file I-485. Otherwise, the I-130 can be upgraded to F2B.
Note: I-130 pending time = the date of I-130 approval - I-130 filing date (receipt date).

看了许多解释，就是弄不太明白。

绿卡家长14年11月给孩子提交了I-130，孩子15年3月满21岁。15年1月的排期才到13年4月15号。等孩子满21周岁的时候肯定到不了排期。孩子在美国读书。
-Your child can not leave US, otherwise he/she can not get the F-1 visa to come back due  to immigration intent.
