朋友H1B 去年周末或其他时间在社区帮忙，社区付了几千块的汽油服装补贴等同时寄来一张1099表，朋友也报税了，今年还在社区帮忙，估计最后也会给点补贴什么的，绿卡正在申请过程中，年初交了PERM申请，被AUDIT了，现在突然想起来是不是这个1099对将来的140和485有影响？今年如果再收到1099怎么办？还是跟社区商量不让他们出1099？请指教，谢谢！
