本人已是公民，7月份为父母递交I-130开始申请绿卡，还未批。11月份他们来美（申请绿卡前他们已拿好签证），计划明年2月初回国。
想请教的问题是：
1。是否现在应该给他们申请adjustment of status (I-485)和advanced parole.？
-A little early, but it may be fine.
2。回国的话是否不再符合adjustment of status?
-They can not file I-485 if they are in China.
3。如果他们回国前AP还没下来，是否以后可以寄回去给他们？
-No. They need to have the approved AP in hand to travel. If the regular AP is pending, they may go to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency AP if they have the emergency reason.
4。现在可以让他们做体检吗？
-Yes.
5。如果他们回国后接到打指纹或面试的通知，能申请在国内做吗，
-No.
还是赶紧买机票到美国来？
-Yes. They can reschedule the biometrics appointment if they can not return to US in time.
6。不申请I-485和AP，而是回国后再去签证，估计会因移民倾向被拒签吧？
-Right. Also, the I-485 will be denied.
