准备给父母搬移民。妈妈在美国，可是爸现在在中国，打算一起交，是否可以？
-Your father has to apply for immigration visa in China, and your mother can file I-485 in US. There are two different cases. You can file two I-130 at the same time, respectively, for your parents.

一起交的话，交到哪个CENTER?

另外问下我爸在国内，如何通知他打指纹，做体检？要去哪里做？一定是广州吗？家在上海。
