在给父母准备移民申请前，来贵宝地学习了一些相关的图书收藏，感觉帮助非常大，尤其是pijiang老师的手把手填表红宝书系列，更是指路明灯，一并感谢。

由于理解力较差，学习过程中有些不求甚解的部分，想再次向老师们请教确认一下。

1. 一个多月前寄发I-130, 并收到 Receipt Notice, 请问是否过一段时间还会收到 Approval Notice, 假如没有被拒绝的话？- 父母目前在国内
-Yes.
2. 续上问，是否只有收到 Approval Notice with a Visa Number, 我才可以寄出 I-485 与各项支持材料？
-They can not file I-485 due to their absence in US. National Visa Center will contact you and send you instructions. You then just follow NVC instructions to do what they ask you to do.

3. 在寄I-485 的时候，是否可以把体检一起附上，还是一定要等专门通知？
4. 如果可以把体检结果与 I-485 同寄，怎样找指定的体检医生，需要提供什么材料吗 （比如 I-130 Approval）？
