１）我现在拿的是L1B，明年２０１５年１１月份就满５年，没法再延期了。我的绿卡Priority Date 是２０１３年８月，PERM正在被Audit当中。所以如果我能转成Ｈ１Ｂ, 我就能凭Ｈ１Ｂ和绿卡申请继续延期

2）律师说最后的办法是出境去申请L1A，但是成功几率还是很小。

3）现打算2015年6月出境申请L1A，问题是：在境外的时候，我是不是还能远程为美国雇主工作和领薪水呢？
-Yes if you work abroad for that company, and you even don't need to pay any tax to US Government when you work abroad (you may need to pay tax to the country where you work).
如果可以，我就可以跟老板说我到时work remotely。这样就既可以工作，也能安心等绿卡或是下一年H1B申请机会。
4）如果最终因I-94到期要离境，是不是原来的Priority Date也就作废了？
-No. The company can continue to process the immigration petition for you.
