Thanks very much for your quick response. My wife get her card from eb1a. We didn't get married when she filed her 485.
-Did you get married before her I-485 was approved?  If yes, you can file your I-485 now, not need I-130 filing.

I will apply for the card after I get the opt extension. Thanks again!
