本人是postdoc，本来在得到这个职位前被口头许诺可以有H1b,结果来了以后被告知不support，只能用自己的OPT，从今天五月开始。我的老婆有绿卡，但是成为公民还有2年半。

我想问如果我现在申请F2A的话，会不会影响我未来申请17个月opt extension？
-Yes, there will be negative impact on your OPT extension due to immigration intent (I-130 filing).

还有，如果等到我有了opt extension再申请F2A，如果我申请期间我身份变化，因为现在排期好像都是差不多两年，opt早过期，在我的priority date到提交485的时候，会被拒绝吗？
-You need to keep your valid non-immigration status (e.g. F-1, H-1, etc.) until your file I-485.

网上这样的例子不多，我看到唯一一个美国律师评论说opt期间不能申请绿卡，即使通过审核，最终也会被驳回。
-It is nonsense. Filing I-130 or I-485 does not affect your pre-existed F-1 status, and your F-1 status will not affect the I-130 or I-485 approval.

不知道老师对我这样的例子有什么建议吗，非常感谢！！我的文章不多，现在都在审核，可能明年这个时候会多些吧，也学可以考虑eb1a or b.
