我在国内拿到本科硕士学位，但都是商科类，工作5年多是数据分析类工作。在美国读information system的硕士，但明年6月才能毕业。这样我就不能拿硕士学历申请。可是愿意sponsor我的顾主招的是数据分析及数据库管理，与我硕士学历相关。由于我毕业在即，需要学的课程到4月只差一门，不知道我是否可以用本科学历身份申请数据分析类职位？
-If the position requirements match your Major of Bachelor or Master Degree from China, you can use the Bachelor or Master Degree from China to apply for the H-1B, but your Bachelor or Master Degree needs to be evaluated by an organization before using it for H-1B.
If have already completed all of your coursework in your current school and you need to use the Master Degree from US for H-1B, you may ask your university to give you a letter stating that you have completed all the requirements of the degree. Your employer can use that to file the petition.
