我哥哥从国内寄去美国移民局的证件（结婚证，无犯罪纪录，父子关系等等，的公证）已经寄失。他现在在国内只有一份存底，我们担心他再寄时如果又寄失，再重新申请会浪费好多时间。
-If these documents are requested by NVC, then he needs to provide the original one, not photocopy or printed copy. Your brother may send the documents to you (not to NVC directly), then you send it to NVC. These original documents will be returned to your brother during their interview for the immigration visa.

我想请问，我哥哥如果将这些公证扫描到电脑，再发email给我，我再印出来，由我这边寄给美国移民局。连同我在这边准备的864和所有我这边需要的担保证明一起寄给移民局。谢谢，
