获得绿卡并在美国居住时间也超过30个月。还有两年才到5年公民申请的期限。现在海归，白皮书也申请了。希望能保持绿卡并在2年后申请公民。
1. 想问一下，一般来说，是不是 有白皮书，按规定报税，每半年回来一次到时候申请公民就一般就不会有问题？

4. 在填公民申请表中，instruction里说 to be eleigbile, "you have lived within the state or USCIS district where you claim residence for at least 3 months prior to filing". 这是不是说你在申请前的必须在申请的州住至少3个月，但不一定是在申请前的3个月，对吗？
