1. 2002申请姐姐全家移民来美。明年就排到了。姐姐要和老公离婚。现在把姐夫的申请取消还来的及吗？怎么办理？

2.姐姐的儿子想登陆后，回北京念完最后一年大学再出来。可以申请I-131吗？
