因为有一段时间是H1转F1的change of status 的时间，我想争取过来。
移民局9月份发信要更多evidence， 提交上去后，最近又说H1B被background check
十分frustrated,请教8老师几个问题
1）这种H1B background check正常么，一般要多长时间

2） H1B按正常延期还可以到明年冬，这种background check完了会拒么，如果拒了怎么办，再file一个？
可是我的H1B下个月就过期了
3）Background check回很长时间么，如果超过240天可以工作许可的时间，我是不能工作了么？
-No. The period of 240 days is counted from the date of your current H-1 expiration date, so you still have long time to go.
4）现在file premium process可以加快么，有办法催么？
-Just wait.
5）我爱人H4下个月到期，这样的话，我file H4延期是应该加不加change of status这段时间呢，如果我加了，file了H4 extension,
到时候H1B下来是不包括这段时间的话，我可不可以file amendment to change the date,还是移民局会直接拒绝了。我得重新再file一个 H4 extension. 那样是不是就要回国签证了，因为有gap?
-Your spouse needs to file the H-4 extension before the current H-4 expires. So, just use your H-1 extension receipt to file the H-4 extension now. The H-4 extension duration/time should match your H-1 extension duration/time.
6) 还有就是搬家换地址的问题，我也不记得有没有通知移民局，但是记得通知DMV了，年初搬的家，在这样的背景下，background check会查搬家的情况吗，请8老师指点我该怎么处理，现在再file一遍AR11,会不会trigger了移民局查这个东西。
