我是婚姻移民。已经拿到绿卡。我办绿卡时没有一起办儿子的，他现在在国内读大学，19岁过了。请教一下，孩子移民年龄有限制吗？
-The child's age will determine how fast for him to get the green card. If your current marriage occurred before your son reached 18 years old, your spouse can file I-130 for him to get the green card very fast. Otherwise, you can file I-130 for him using F2A category if the priority date is current before his CSPA age turns 21 years.  If his CSPA age is > 21 when the Priority date is current, then your I-130 needs to be upgrade to F2B, which take more time (about 7 years) for him to get the green card.

Note:
The child CSPA age = the child age when the priority date (PD) is current - the time of I-130 pending. 

I-130 pending time =The I-130 approval date - the I-130 receipt date.
priority date (PD) is current = 排期到了.
