Like other Chinese eb2ers, I work for my employer for 10 years under H1b. Instead of living in US. I work in US and drive back to Canada every night. In green card application, since our home address is Canada, so by default, it is CP processing.
I have several coworkers in the same circumstance and got their green cards right after interview. I am the only one pulled in the CP processing.
I can still commute under h1b but worry about the delay time of Administrative Processing.

If we move to US, will it be faster or will cause more problems?
