试过两次，都被退回来。第一次是自己翻译结婚证，然后找朋友去银行做的公证。第二次是请人在国内公证处做的。两次都被移民局退回来。我感觉移民局要的是结婚公证而不是结婚证公证。请问这个大使馆能不能办理，如果请人在国内办，该怎么说明这个情况，不想再犯同样的错误。急，移民局要求下个月中之前答复。先谢过了。

You must submit a notarial marriage certificate that specifically attests to the marriage of xxx and xxx to include the date of marriage.
