请教8老师---关于亲属移民的年龄问题

8老师：您好 ！

我有一朋友，她哥哥为她申请亲属移民，Ｉ－１３０　是　２００３年递的，现在已批，在等待排期。　她的女儿在递 I-130 的时候不到１８岁，现在已经超过２１岁。　

问题：

１，排期到之后，她递Ｉ－４８５的时候可以同时递她女儿的Ｉ－４８５吗　？　

２，如果不能同时递，那要等到她拿到绿卡之后再申请她的女儿，这种类别大概要等多少年　？
