8老师，我为在中国的父母申请绿卡。目前准备的材料如下：

I-130表
我的美国公民证明
我的出生公证（由父母的名字）
父母的出生公证
父母的结婚公证

-It is fine. But some IO may ask you to provide 户口本公证 later. So, you had better prepare it if the 户口本 contains both your name and your parents' names. If you don't have such 户口本 containing both your and your parents' names, you may ask the Department 户口本 registration to issue you a 证明 to prove the family relationship between you and your parents, and explain that your name was removed from your parents' 户口 because you have immigrated into US. Then, do the 公证 of this 证明.


我的问题是:
是否需要我的结婚公证？（因为我不工作，还是到-I864时才需要？）
-Not need it now, but need it when you provide the I-864 and yiour spouse provides I-864A later.

是否需要我及父母的照片？
-No.
是否需要我及父母的G325A表？
-No.
