请教版上各位老师，我140 已批，但现在学校只给J1 签证不给H1。请问USCIS 会批准吗？
-Possibly it may have a problem due to immigration intent. Discuss it with the school whether you can get part-time H-1 if they don't have enough money to sponsor full-time H-1 at present.

如果拿到了J1 ，那以后485的时候，除了需要豁免两年服务之外还有别的什么限制吗？
-No. Only need to get the J-1 waiver.
