首先要感谢8老师在过去的几年对我在有关移民问题上给与的巨大的帮助。从我的公民申请到我母亲的绿卡申请，我都是一步一步按着8老师的指点，回答，自己填表申请成功的。现在又有了问题，首先想到的是8老师还在不在论坛上。好，我长话短说。我母亲的绿卡在2011年批下来了，可是她于2011年11月回中国后就没再来，因为各种原因。本想既然放弃了，就准备在中国养老了，可现在随着年纪增加，身体也越来越不好，还是想跟女儿住（就是我）。所以我想能否再给她申请一次绿卡呢？
-Yes. She needs to abandon her green card in any one of the US Consulates in China, and then she may apply for the B2 visa to enter US at the same time or later. Thus, you can sponsor her green card again as you did before. Or you file I-130 for her to apply for immigration visa in China after she abandons her green card.
