我表弟这边ＭＢＡ刚毕业，ＯＰＴ刚生效。国内有一公司想在这边开一家分公司发展业务，想雇佣他。关于身份问题，Ｌ１估计现在不行，因为他以前没有给这个公司工作过。他如果现在用ＯＰＴ给公司工作一年，明年ＯＰＴ到期时他可以申请Ｌ１吗？
-No. He needs to work for the company in China for at least one year to be qualified for L-1B.
还有其他方法可以继续留在美国为这个公司工作吗？公司符合什么条件才能申请Ｈ１-Ｂ？
-As long as the company is registered in US and has the money to pay the H-1 employee. it will be fine to be H-1 sponsor. Of course the position has to require at least Bachelor degree.
