帮哥哥申请亲属移民，上个月递交了补充材料，(离婚证书)，刚刚收到移民局的信，说petition批准了，现申请材料被送到NVC 进行Consular Processing。还说，NVC要联系我哥哥，给他发信。我们突然意识到上个月寄补充材料时忘了顺便改一下哥哥的地址，他去年搬家，地址变了。想问现在怎么跟NVC联系改哥哥的地址？网上什么地方可以改吗？还是要写信？是我在美国帮他联系NVC改，还是让他自己跟NVC联系改他的地址？
另外，信中还说如果30天内收不到NVC的信，可以给NVC发email，信中给了NVC email地址，想问，还是最好等30天后给NVC发email说没收到信，

Then, your brother and his family need to complete the immigration visa application form, DS 230, and they just put the new address on the DS-230 and mail to NVC. NVC will forward all the documents to the US Consulate in Guangzhou.
