-It is fine because she entered US using H-4 visa. She still had better get the AP to travel, in case your I-485 is approved during her staying in China, which will make her not quailed for H-4 visa to enter US before her green card approval. Of course, if her green card is approved during her stay in China, you can send the green card to her to come back.
