这句话里的family-based category是指当初我领导申请绿卡的途径，而不是我这次follow-to-join。 这句话我是这样读的：我交４８５ as “Spouse　（我）...of an immigrant (领导） who ... has been granted Lawful Permanent Residence through a Family Sponsored Visa category that allows derivative status for spouses (我）..."

也就是说，如果当初领导through a Family Sponsored Visa category 被granted Lawful Permanent Residence，而且这种category 又allow derivative status for spouses 的话，我就可以在此作为spouse交４８５。

但因为当初领导是通过employment获得的绿卡，不是Family Sponsored，所以我不确定这条是否适用我？
