您指出的那一条是说我作为　“...spouse...of an immigrant who...has been granted Lawful Permanent Residence through a Family Sponsored Visa category that allows derivative status...". 可问题是我家领导不是通过“Family Sponsored Visa category”拿的绿卡，而是“Employment-based". 那这一条应该不适用于我吧？
