刚刚被雷，H1B. 和一个律师谈了一下，建议我用niw的140 file 485，拿EAD卡，找到medical 相关的工作
后补上Employment verification letter。
如果一时半会找不到工作，485很有可能被拒，律师说140应该不会失效，还可以再file 485。
心里没底，请老师出出主意，不胜感激
