请问我可以申请 H4 有效期3年吗？ YES. 3年有效期


还是说只能申请1年？因为曾听说H1 的时间和H4 的时间是要加起来算的（共6年）。
H4允许停留时间是跟着primary H-1B holder. L1 和 H-1B 合用同一个6年时钟.
