朋友的父母持绿卡回中国近13个月了，最近想重返美国。请问入关的时候会有问题吗？如果有问题的话，应该怎么做？需要什么样的文件？

But if there was uncontrolled factor (e.g. serious illness,, etc.) to prevent them from returning US on time, they may apply for the SB-1 visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou to enter US to reinstate their green card. Otherwise, they may just give up their green card in any one of the US Consulates in China and then, apply for the B-2 visa to enter US.
