请问各位老师，绿卡父母办理白皮书Reentry permit

按照地域（CA)我寄到了Phoenix, 收到email说材料accepted, routed to Nebraska Center for processing. Within 7-10 days you will recieve your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797).

请问
1) reroute to Nebraska是正常程序吗？
2）official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) 里就有biometric 的appointment吗？
