过去3年w2在52K左右，今年1月laid off, 目前沒找工作。每月有$1800失业金，另有2幢出租房收入每月4K(除去mortgage, HOA大概纯收入在$2700因一房已paid off), 夫妻共同报税，无小孩。我的问题是：
 

1， 我可以自己担保父母而不用先生提供I-864A吗？

2， Part 6 中5. my current individual annual income is 可以填1800+2700 or 4000 再乘12是吗？
-Fine, but need to provide the evidence.

这个真心不懂，二出租房都在我名下，每月收入在我个人的银行Statement 可看出。

另外，在Part 7 中我个人可以提供saving+checking 在6万，all stock 等在6万以及净房地产80万。
