回复：填485表格共产党员的问题， 心急如焚

我要填485表格，我过去曾经是共产党员。05年出国以后就没有交过党费或参加过任何有关活动。但是在填485表格时，我拿不准是说yes 还是no。
 -Say "Yes" and write a statement to explain why you joined the Party and when you left the Party (e.g. 没有交过党费或参加过任何有关活动 means abandoned the Party membership, etc.). You can google to find the sample letters using key words such as "党员申请绿卡", etc., Here is a link for your reference:
