回复：EB1A提交I485的时候失业了且out of status

EB1A的I140已批，还没来得及交I485就失业了，postdoc工作没了，J1身份同时失效。

 现在还能在J1身份失效后180天内交I485吗？
-If you have the J-1 waiver, just file the I-485 immediately now. Then, try to find a job in the same/similar field as soon as possible.

 

会不会因为是public charge而被拒？

如果我有一个跟I140同性质的工作offer，

有存款证明，可以用来证明不是publich charge吗？

 

另外同时交EAD和AP申请的话，三个月后拿到EAD是不是就不是out of status了？
