1)父亲在美国,2月来的,我准备递交130,485,递交后,面试前,其间父亲还可以回中国吗?再回美国入关时回不回有问题?
-He has to have approved advance parole (AP) to travel after he applies for green card. He can not use the B2 visa anymore in this case.
父亲的签证是1年,多次, 11月底到期.
 

2)父亲2月来的,海关现在不给I-94卡,申请文件上空着吗?
