刚才问了HR，说没法改，那如果H1-B通过了之后，因为我的B2visa和H1-B开始时间有gap（大约1周），我能够通过file B2延期这个借口达到不回国的目地吗？
 -If you do that, then The b2 approval will override the approved H-1. The HR does not know this issue well, and of course the certified LCA can be withdrawn any time.  Talk to your lawyer.
