-No at this point.

  3) 兄弟姊妹之子女的出生证
-No at this point.

这三个文件是排期当前时才要，是吗？

为兄弟姐妹交130表时，只需要户口证明就行了，是吗？
-Your birth certificate and your brother/sister's birth certificate are also needed for I-130.
