As the chest radiography was consistent with latent tuberculosis, the civil surgeon advised you to seek prophylactic treatment.
Please provide documentation of referral visit and the outcome of further evaluation.
我父亲TB 12 mm, x-ray negative. Civil surgeon 报告给了local 的医院。我们去看了，医院可以给我们开一个证明：my father will not give the disease to everyone and he can choose to have treatment or not by himself.
Two questions: an above note from hospital will be enough to the referral?
-I am really not sure it. Why didn't you provide this letter when filing I-485? You may visit the USCIS local office to see whether it is enough.
Or
do my father need to have 6 month treatment. We really do not want to have the treatment because of side effect of medicine and reluctance of visit to infectious disease department
