8老师好，

我的PERM已经批了。现在要file I140.

律师发现我有一个title promotion日期file的时候错了，跟公司在Verification of Employment letter 上的日期差八个月。

现在律师想让公司出一封新的Verification of Employment letter, 来match PERM的application. 但是公司不同意，因为这是 mis-represent.

请问如果这种情况file I140应怎么操作？

1. 什么都不做。冒险file 140，希望USCIS doesn't care about it.

 

2. 律师附上一张说明，说明promotion date 错了，并给出新的promotion date?
-I think this is the best way. I don't it is serious unless your title is the part of the qualifications for the PERM position. PERM position is future position, normally it is irrelevant to your current job title/position.

这样回被打回来，重新申请PERM吗？还是其他什么办法？
