去年回国后到美国，在边境移民官只是盖了个章，没指纹什么的，也没换I-94.现在要填I-485， 是应该填发I-94那次的时间地点呢，

还是用去年最新的时间？

If you can not find your I-94 online, ,you need to go to the local CBP Deferred Inspections Office to find out what happens. See this website to find the local CBP office at your area (click "Deferred_inspection_sites.xls" on the upright of the webpage):
