H1B 6年 会在2个月以后到期， 现在 NIW的140在TSC已经8个月了，没有任何消息，请教2位老师，是否可以要求premium processing。
-There is not premium processing available for NIW I-140. You had better go to China to stop the H-1 clock before the 6 year H-1 run out. Then, come back to US using the H-1 visa after your I-140 is approved, and extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit using the approved I-140.

Within 60 days for sixth year of H1B 是否适用于NIW？
