Appreciate your response 8先生. Regarding Q3, once obtained a new I-20 from the law school, will she need another F-1 visa stamp on her passport? Thank you.
-No. But if she leave US, she needs to get the new visa stamp to come back. She just needs to tell her current school that she will go to a new school to continue her study. Then, she just register the new school when the Fall semester begins and tell the new school International Student Office her registration. Then, the new school will do the paperwork for her in the SEVIS system.
