回复：已递交130亲属移民的申请人如何填写DS160到美国短暂旅行？

朋友（丈夫，妻子，女儿）一家2010-2012年间来美国2次（每次15-30天左右）。

丈夫的姐姐（公民）在他们上次回国以后，递交了130表申请弟弟亲属移民，目前正在审理中，

朋友一家现在打算夏天来美国游玩2周左右，160表的以下问题应该如何回答呢？丈夫的好像应该填yes,


妻子和女儿的也填yes吗？（他们应该也被列在130丈夫的亲属里）。
-They say "No".

如填yes, 就需要explain? 应该怎样解释呢？
-Just explain to the VO (if asked) during the interview that it takes a long time (about 10 years)  for the priority date to be current, and he will apply for the immigration visa in China in the future. So, he will return to China after this short visit in US.
