再次请教8老师及各位大侠。我是公民，为太太，父母申请绿卡，我太太收到485面试通知，上面写”If you do not speak English fluently, you should bring an interpreter”. 他们的英文肯定不到fluent 水平，我的问题是

1. 我可以为他们（太太，父母）翻译？

2.我看到版上8老师原来的答复是说这个没有law limit，但最好带个朋友，我的问题是，如果没有带别的人去做翻译，有没有可能移民官就是因为这个turn down 申请的情况发生。请朋友都忙，让人家请一天假，实在不好意思，因此打算自己翻译。
-If you can not find a friend to go with you, you can do it by yourself. Explian to the IO if asked.

3.另外一个问题关于I-864，我的理解是只要超过poverty line 125%就ok了，对？

如果上面的理解是对的，那怎样理解I-864表中page 6头上，“For USCIS use only, The total value of all assets, line 10, must equal 5 times (3 times for spouses and children of USC’s or 1 time for orphans to be formally adopted in the US) the difference between the poverty guidelines and the sponsor’s household income, line 10)”.如果household income $100k, 5口之家125%poverty guideline是$39637,怎样理解这上面这个5 times 条件？
-That means if your income such as salary, etc. does not meet 125% poverty line, then you may need property or bank deposit for part of the support. Then, this need to be 5 times of the amount you need. For example, you need $50,000 to meet 125% poverty line, but your salary income only has $45,000, so you still need $5,000. Thus, if you want to use your property or savings, you have to provide 5 X 5,000 = $25,000 from your bank deposit or property value to meet the requirement.
