请教8老师，我现在有AP和EAD，律师建议我仍然申请了H1B延期，不是6年延期的那种延期，就是renew 合同了，然后需要renew H1B. 我已经renew H1B了
现在有个问题是，我想持AP回国，不想在国内去美国大使馆再签H1B，律师说如果我用AP回国再来美，那么我的H1B就失效了，以后就只能持EAD工作，如果万一485被拒了，我就再也不能回转H1B，只能离开美国了。真实情况是这样吗？您如何建议关于回国是用AP还是再签H1B？
-What the lawyer said is not true and it is misleading. After you use AP, your status is parolee, but you still can work like the H-1b holder and not need to use EAD. Then, you can reinstate your H-1 any time within US by extending or transferring your H-1 before your current approved H-1 expires. In other words, using AP does not affect your H-1 though your status is parolee temporarily. So, just use your AP to save money and time.
再多问一句，根据您的经验，一般485什么情况下会被拒？
-If you lose your job and USCIS send your RFE for your employment status, the it is possible your I-485 may be denied.
好像没听说过啊，只有说140被拒的事情。
