我和我的老公2009 结婚，得到临时绿卡。 2011连和申请I-751 ，永久绿卡。
 

2012年，因为他和一个女人，还有他经常说我靠他得的绿卡。我气得要和他离婚。他表面和我和好，却跑到移民局撤销他的支持8/11/1012。 这以后， 他还和以前一样，只是不太给我买礼物了。上周我才收到移民局的信。因为他的撤销，我在removal proceedings. 二月份要见移民法官。我的老公说他后悔了，还说他给移民局发过邮件，撤回他的撤销。现在，他给我一封他签字的信，解释我们真心相爱，婚后摩擦，。。。。

要求reinstate I-751.

本以为本人有文章，可以自己申请。律师却说，我已到移民法院。我得先离婚，在申请waiver.但我的老公不想离婚，现在对我也冷淡。我的移民岂不全掌握在他的手中。
 

下周去见另一位律师，心中忐忑。可请有经验的指教。谢谢。
