给母亲申请绿卡，请问将来的国内流动资产（银行存款，股票等）是否需要保税？大家都是怎么做？房产是否也需要报给IRS?
-Before she gets the green card, she does not need to pay the tax to US Government.  But after she gets the green card, she needs to pay the income tax even if this income is got in China. Please note that it is income tax.
