我当时也过期了。也准备出去办。后来律师给补办了一个深情，交了200多刀，很快就批了。还寄了797还有我和孩子的i-94. 你先别急走。我明天再看看我过去的纪录，告诉你详细一点。
-You were very lucky to have a considerate IO dealing with your 补办 application. But no everyone has your luck and if the case was denied (it is in most cases), you would have been unlawful presence for > 180 days which will cause you a lot of trouble. So, for safe reason, I still suggest to go to China to get  the H-4 visa to come back.
